Domestic Shipping
Enjoy complimentary express shipping across India on all orders. Deliveries typically arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch.
International Delivery
We ship globally via premium logistic partners. International deliveries take 7-14 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
Every piece in our collection is meticulously inspected and packaged before dispatch. Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST (Monday through Saturday) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-volume periods or festival seasons, processing may require an additional 24 to 48 hours to ensure our uncompromising quality standards are met.
Secure Packaging & Tracking
Your luxury garments are carefully folded, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, and secured in our signature Handloom Harbor boxes. This ensures they arrive in pristine condition and are protected from environmental elements during transit.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a secure link to monitor your package's journey in real-time. Our concierge team proactively monitors all shipments to address any unforeseen delays.
